Under the Copyright, Design & Patent Act 1988, it is a criminal offence to capture or copy any images provided to you or displayed on this website without the permission of Solanki Photography.

Quality
The photographs on our website are low resolution images. Any orders will be of much higher quality and are individually adjusted for colour and tone.

Privacy

Under GDPR Solanki Photography will store your name and details securely. These details will not be made available to any other companies or individuals. Should you wish to have your details removed once your order has been fulfilled, please notify us by email. We respect the privacy of personal email accounts; these are stored as securely as other personal information. You will not receive unwanted email messages or junk mail, and your details will not be passed to any other companies or individuals without your explicit permission. We sometimes use other companies or individuals to provide services to us. To enable them to do this, we may need to let them access your images; they have a responsibility to keep your information confidential. Our general Email enquiry forms are not sent via an encrypted channel and for this reason we ask that you do not include confidential information when using them (such as bank account details).

Complaints

Please address any complaints to Solanki Photography by email. Our aim is to respond to any complaints within 24 hours.
